ZERO STARS!!
First order was good, second one not so much! Brown sticky substance on the images. Got on the inside top of my heat press. Couldn't use them. Reached out via email, was assured I would be getting a refund and I could reorder. Well that was DAYS AGO. No response from email, no call back after calling and leaving several voicemails. Left comments on Facebook, still nothing! I opened a dispute through Affirm which is how we paid. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!
Ruined job, ignored me. Horrible customer service and zero accountability. I reached out via fb messenger, email and I called them. I have done business with them multiple times they have never messed up until now. So I ordered again the same design, fyi I’m 20yr experienced gfx designer. They scaled the design without aspect ratio elongating my design distorting the look. So I assumed they would do right by me so I ordered again and reached out to no avail.
I have been writng emails and calling with no response. Well I did get 1 response asking if I wanted a replacement or a refund, I sent back replacement and then nothing. I will NEVER order again. Plus was charged extra for the pre cut because the roll would not let me put them all on but they all came in a roll.
Everything is good. It just took too long to get here.
They are the cheapest in my area so I was septicle at first what the quality would be like but they are 10/10 would recommend
